The Demon Lord Ultimaeus or simply Demon Lord is the current and primary antagonist in Ixphoria; a former B-Rank world turned SS-Rank. Seiya was initially summoned by Aria to defeat him, though due to his recklessness - ended up having his entire party killed.
Appearance[]
He shares a resemblance to a large toad standing upright with four arms and four legs. He has red eyes and two fangs protruding from his lower jaw.
He wears a sleeveless top with spiked polarons on his top shoulders.
Personality[]
He is a cruel, maniacal being - The prime cause of all the mayhem and chaos happening in his world. He is also sadistic, making Seiya watch all his comrades die in front of him - including Tiana; whom he made explicitly clear was carrying Seiya's child.

History[]
He is only seen when Ishtar reveals to Rista about her, Aria and Seiya's past. It was here where it was shown how Seiya's overly cautious nature came to be - a deep rooted and subconscious trait he picked after witnessing his party's death.
He is the most powerful being in Ixphoria, turning the whole world into a living hell.
Powers and Abilities[]
Revival[]
His secret ability is to revive once after death as he possesses two lives. This ability allowed him to wipe the previous hero party. After being subjected to an experiment made by the Goddess of Atrocity, Mersais, he is shown to possess more than 22 lives.
Defined Domain[]
After his victory against the hero, he was given a tremendous power by the Dark God's Blessing along some extra abilities.
- Stage One : Defined Domain : Magician - By sacrificing one life, he gains absolute physical and weapon immunity and can only be damaged by magic.
- Stage Two : Defined Domain : Fighter - By sacrificing two lives, his body transforms into a gigantic cyclops and gains absolute magic immunity.
- Stage Three : Defined Domain : Ghost - By sacrificing three lives, his flesh melts and becomes a jet black skeleton with long horns. He gains physical and magical immunity and can only be damaged by spiritual attacks.
- Stage Four : Defined Domain : Curse - By sacrificing four lives, all of the enemies weapons will be completely destroyed.
The Goddess of Atrocity, Mersais, advised him to undergo an experiment, strengthening him even further. Ultimaeus gained more skills along with it.
- Stage Five : Defined Domain : Infinity - By sacrificing five lives, his existence as the Demon Lord will be distorted by the great power of Mersais into a heavenly entity with a tremendous holy aura akin to a god.
- Stage Six : Defined Domain : Time Traveler - His strongest skill. By sacrificing six lives, he can stop time for a brief moment.
