Changing "Project" namespace
I propose we request a change the project namespace from "Kono Yuusha ga Ore TUEEE Wiki" to "Cautious Hero Wiki".
- The new name corresponds with the Wiki URL.
- The ne name is easily recognizable, unlike the current one.
